Writing the narrative report

Narrative → AI Write narrative completes your narrative template from the notice of loss, photos, estimate, policy and documents.

• No template? In Claimsfy Field choose ✍ Tell Claimsfy what to write, type what the report should cover in your own words, and Claimsfy writes it from the photos, the notice of loss and the documents.
• Facts it can't confirm are marked [ADJUSTER TO CONFIRM: …] so nothing is guessed. Fill them in before you send.
• Fill fields only fills the template's fields with no AI.
• 🔊 Read aloud reads the report back to you.
• Formatting (Field, Desk, Carrier and TPA): the report box is set in Times New Roman, with the same formatting bar as the letter box in Claimsfy Letters: font, size, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, color, highlight, alignment, lists, indent and line spacing. Highlighter: click ab, then drag over the words to highlight them (click it again or press Esc to stop); ▾ picks the color, and No highlight takes it off. The formatting is saved with the claim and goes into the narrative PDF, Word (.docx) and .doc downloads, the complete claim file and Copy.
