"Too many requests just now"

"Too many requests just now. Wait a minute and try again." means the AI service is busy or the company's key reached its rate limit.

  1. Wait a minute and try again.
  2. Big batches (Relabel all on hundreds of photos, several people drafting at once after a storm) hit the limit fastest. Label in smaller groups.
  3. If it happens every day, the administrator can raise the organization's rate limits in the Anthropic console (Settings → Limits), or ask Anthropic for a higher tier.
  4. If many companies see it at the same time, check the Claimsfy status page: the AI provider may be degraded.
