• "Too many attempts. Wait 15 minutes.": too many wrong passwords from your connection. Wait 15 minutes, or use Forgot your password.
• Two-step code refused 8 times: the code step locks for 15 minutes. Use the newest code and make sure your phone's clock is set automatically.

Your administrator, or Claimsfy Support with your administrator's approval, can clear the lockout right away.
