QA review: the score and the checks (Desk)
In Claimsfy Desk, the QA review tab (after Reports) checks the whole file against the rules of the state where the loss is, the carrier's guidelines, the estimate and the documentation, before the file goes out.
- The score counts every item that passes, against everything that must be fixed (full weight) or should be checked (half weight). Info items never count against it.
- Wrong state? It comes from the loss address on the Notice of Loss. Fix the address and the review updates.
- A deadline says "add the date reported" or "add the proof of loss date": enter it on the Notice of Loss, or in Letters › Letter review for the proof of loss.
- First contact is read from the first contact date on the Notice of Loss, or the earliest contact note.
- Open goes to the tab the item points to: photos, the estimate and the narrative open on the Inspection tab.
- Confirmed / Doesn't apply: use Confirmed for something you checked by hand. Use Doesn't apply and give the reason when a rule doesn't fit the claim. Both are saved with your name and change the score.
- Review the file with Claimsfy AI reads the whole file and adds its findings under their own heading. Check each one: it's a second reader, not the final word.
- Save QA review keeps the review on the file (the last ten), adds a QA note and an entry in History. ⬇ QA report downloads a PDF.
- The state rules are a checklist, not legal advice. Have your compliance team or counsel confirm what each state requires.
