Checking the FNOL, photos, estimate and narrative (QA)
Each part has its own tab, and each tab opens with that part's QA panel.
- Findings are Required, Recommended or a Question, each with the fix. Most come from the automatic checks; Review with Claimsfy AI adds a closer read (it looks at the photos themselves).
- Decide each one: ✓ Agree (it goes to the field adjuster), ? Ask the FA (it goes as a question) or ✕ Dismiss (it doesn't count and isn't sent; add the reason). Click the same button again to undo.
- The score: each part starts at 100, less 15 for each required item, 6 for each recommended item and 3 for each question. A part that hasn't come in scores 0. The QA score on the QA Summary is the average of the four.
- Estimate: Estimate review is the review against the carrier's guidelines. ⬆ Upload guidelines once and every review uses the ones that match the carrier and line of business; with none on file, it reviews against standard estimating practice. Line items shows the estimate itself.
- Narrative: missing sections are checked against the carrier's narrative template when there is one, otherwise the standard template. Pick or load the template beside the report.
- Photo dates come from the camera (the photo's own date). Photos with no camera date aren't checked for dates.
- ✓ Mark … reviewed records that you finished that part, with your name.
