The four parts (QA)
Each part's tab opens with its QA panel: the part's score, its findings, Review with Claimsfy AI and ✓ Mark … reviewed. Each finding is Required, Recommended or a Question, with the fix. Decide each one: ✓ Agree, ? Ask the FA or ✕ Dismiss (with an optional reason). Your name and the time are saved with each decision. Dismissed findings don't count and aren't sent.
- FNOL: missing loss facts (claim number, insured, loss location, date and cause of loss, policy, carrier, date reported, loss description); risk or vehicle details; dates out of order; reporting more than 60 days after the loss; the first contact against the state's acknowledgment deadline (with its citation), or more than two days after the report where the state sets none; an inspection more than a week after contact; prior claims not noted; no police report number on an auto collision.
- Photos: the count; captions; the front of the risk, each elevation, the roof (when the estimate has roof work or it's a wind or hail loss), test squares on hail losses, the point of origin on water losses, and each room in the estimate; for vehicles, the four corners, the VIN and the odometer; photos the camera dated before the date of loss, or away from the inspection date; duplicates. Review with Claimsfy AI looks at the photos themselves.
- Estimate: the estimate review, against the carrier's guidelines when they're on file. ⬆ Upload guidelines adds a carrier's estimating guidelines once (PDF, Word or text, by carrier and line of business) and every review uses the ones that match; with none on file, it reviews against standard estimating practice. The automatic checks (duplicate lines, missing quantities or prices, depreciation, overhead and profit against the number of trades, tax, the deductible, roof quantities against the measurements, areas with no photos, mitigation lines) run without AI. ▶ Review the estimate adds the AI review: a verdict, findings with their dollar effect, a checklist and what to ask for. It also checks the estimate's deductible against the FNOL. Line items shows the estimate itself; Estimate review goes back.
- Narrative: sections of the carrier's narrative template (or the standard template) that aren't in the report; placeholders left in it; its length; the RCV, ACV, depreciation, deductible and net figures against the estimate; the date of loss and claim number against the FNOL; the insured's name and the cause of loss; the photo count.
The score: each part starts at 100 and loses 15 for each required item, 6 for each recommended item and 3 for each question. A part that hasn't come in scores 0. The QA score is the average of the four.
