Bringing in the field file (QA)
In Claimsfy QA, the field adjuster's file comes in on the QA Summary, under Field file.
- Send a link: enter the field adjuster's name, firm and email at the top, then 📨 Create send-in link. The link is copied; Email it opens an email with it. The field adjuster uploads the FNOL, photos, estimate and narrative, each in its own box, with no account. Send-in links need Claimsfy QA on your company's server.
- When it arrives: the 🔔 alerts you, the QA Summary tab shows a badge, and the queue shows Sent in – new. Open the file and choose Add them to the review. Each file shows the part it goes to; change it first if it's wrong, or Skip a file that isn't part of the review.
- Upload it yourself: Choose files, check what each one is (FNOL, photos, estimate, narrative, Claimsfy inspection package or other), then Add to the review. Each part's tab also has its own ⬆ Upload.
- The FNOL didn't fill in: reading a loss notice into the fields needs Claimsfy AI. Without it, the file is kept with the review and you type the facts on the FNOL tab.
- No line items from the estimate: use the PDF, Excel or CSV export from the estimating program; scanned PDFs need Claimsfy AI. If no lines can be read, the estimate review reads the document itself.
- Sent again: a part sent again replaces the earlier one (the original files are all kept), and that part goes back to Not reviewed yet. The estimate panel tells you when the estimate changed after the last review.
