Bringing in the field file (QA)
On the QA Summary, under Field file:
- Ask the field adjuster for it: enter the field adjuster's name, firm and email, then 📨 Create send-in link and send the link (Email it opens an email with the link). The field adjuster opens it with no account and uploads the FNOL, photos, estimate and narrative, each in its own box, plus anything else: a Claimsfy inspection package, a sketch or other reports. The files show on the QA Summary as sent in, with a badge on the tab, and the 🔔 alerts the reviewers on the file. Add them to the review puts each file in its part; change the part first if it's wrong. Send-in links need Claimsfy QA on your company's server.
- Upload it: choose the files. Claimsfy sorts them into FNOL, photos, estimate, narrative or package by name and type; check each one, then add them. A ZIP of photos, a photo report PDF and a Claimsfy inspection package all work.
- Each part's tab has its own ⬆ Upload for just that part.
- The FNOL is read into the FNOL fields with Claimsfy AI (or type them in). The estimate's line items are read from a PDF, Excel or CSV export (scanned PDFs need Claimsfy AI). The narrative's text goes into the report box. The original files are kept with the review, and a part sent again replaces the earlier one.
