QA review of the field file (QA)

Claimsfy QA has six tabs: Queue, QA Summary, FNOL, Photos, Estimate and Narrative. It reviews what the field adjuster sends in, and nothing else: no letters, payments, phone or messages.

• New QA review (top of the screen) starts one: the claim number, the insured and property or auto.
• Queue: every file, with the field adjuster, which parts came in (F FNOL, P photos, E estimate, N narrative), the QA score and the status: waiting for the field file, sent in, in review, returned or approved.
• A file opened from the queue lands on the QA Summary.
