Queue: every file, with the parts that came in, the QA score and the status.

QA Summary: the field file (send-in link and upload), each part's score, the corrections for the field adjuster and the outcome.
FNOL, Photos, Narrative: each opens with its QA panel above the part itself.
Estimate: the QA panel, then Estimate review (guidelines and the review) and Line items.
