The Claimsfy price list (Field)
Estimates use Claimsfy's own price list: Claimsfy trade codes (for example ROOF, DRYW, WATR), item numbers, descriptions and action codes (R&R remove and replace, RPL replace, RMV remove, D&R detach and reset, CLN clean, MAT material only, INS install only). Claimsfy wrote every code and description; nothing is copied from another company's price list or code system.
- Your company's prices: on the Estimate tab, 💲 Price list shows every item with its starting price. Supervisors and administrators set a % adjustment for the whole list, their own price for any item, and their own items (for example a local permit fee), then Save price list. Everyone on the team uses the saved list.
- Bring prices in or out: Export CSV gives the whole list (trade, item #, description, unit, starting price, your price, action). Edit the prices in Excel and use Import CSV; rows with a trade and item number that aren't on the list become your own items.
- Where it's used: AI estimate drafts, supplement comparisons, macros made from an uploaded estimate and the rebuild scope after mitigation all use the list's codes and your prices. Reprice this estimate updates the open estimate's list items to your current prices.
- Estimates from other programs: estimates from any estimating program still come in as PDF, Excel or CSV; their lines are matched to the closest Claimsfy item, and their own wording, quantities and prices are kept. The estimate entry sheet lists each room's trade, item, action and quantity for keying into another program.
- Starting prices are rounded U.S. averages chosen by Claimsfy (October 2026). Check them against your market before you rely on them.
