LKQ Live Feed and the Claimsfy appraised value
- LKQ Live Feed: like kind and quality listings for every content with the listing's photo, store, price and link. New contents are priced automatically while Pull new contents automatically is on; 🔎 Pull prices now prices the rest and 🔄 Recheck prices over 30 days old searches again. Use this price puts a listing to work; a listing whose current price changed is flagged.
- **Prices say Estimate:** web search isn't available, so Claimsfy AI estimated the price and marked it to review. On the team server, an administrator turns on web search for the AI key in the Anthropic Console; Anthropic bills each search (Searches per content sets the most for one content).
- To review: estimates, upgrades, lesser matches and contents with no age are marked To review. Approve a content when you're satisfied, or ✓ Approve all priced on the Appraised Value tab.
- Claimsfy Appraised Value: the appraised value (RCV), ACV, what the insured claimed and the difference, content by content, with the settlement, special limits, Coverage C and ⬇ Appraisal report (PDF).
- Leave out a site / check a store first, sales tax, depreciation: Appraised Value → Pricing, depreciation and limits. If depreciation looks wrong, check the content's category, condition and date purchased (or age), and the category's useful life and maximum.
