The Claimsfy price list and your company's prices

Estimates use the Claimsfy price list: Claimsfy's own trade codes (ROOF, DRYW, WATR…), item numbers, descriptions and action codes (R&R, RPL, RMV, D&R, CLN, MAT, INS).

• Set your prices: Estimate → 💲 Price list. Supervisors and administrators (on Field, administrators) set a % adjustment for the whole list, their own price for any item, and their own items, then Save price list. Everyone on the team uses it.
• Excel: Export CSV, change the "Your price" column, then Import CSV and save. Rows with a trade and item number that aren't on the list become your own items.
• Old estimate still shows old prices? Open it, then 💲 Price list → Reprice this estimate. Only lines with a trade and item number from the list change.
• "Only a supervisor or administrator can change this" means your role can use the list but not change it. Ask your supervisor or administrator.
• Estimates from other programs come in as PDF, Excel or CSV and are matched to the closest Claimsfy item; their own wording and prices are kept.
