Salvageable contents, Item Name and photos on Claimsfy Contents
- Item Name: each content is listed by its item name (the insured's description, or what Claimsfy AI named from a photo). Open the content to change it, or rename a photo's label on the Photos tab.
- Salvageable: press Yes if the content can be cleaned and still works normally, or No if it needs replacing (press it again to clear it). A Yes content is valued at its cleaning cost: open it and type the cost for all its units. It isn't depreciated, priced at like kind and quality or shown on the LKQ Live Feed. ✨ Yes? or ✨ No? under the buttons is Claimsfy AI's suggestion; click it to use it, or ✨ Use the salvage picks for all of them.
- **A content still says Needs price after Yes:** it's waiting for its cleaning cost (the row says add cost).
- Photos not on the contents list: on the Contents tab, each photo that isn't attached to a content has Add as a content, Attach to a content… and Not a content. ✨ Match photos to the list does it with Claimsfy AI, one photo at a time, and sets aside photos that don't show a content; Photos marked not a content shows them with the reason and Put it back.
- The Photos tab: the label is the item name (there's no Area). Damage Severity is No damage, Clean, Replace or Salvageable; on a content's photo, Clean or Salvageable sets the content to Salvageable Yes and Replace sets it to No. The price under each photo is the content's price each (or cleaning cost); change it there. A photo not on the list says so, and typing a price adds it as a content.
