Photo labels and descriptions

Claimsfy AI writes a photo-report caption and description for each photo, the way a field adjuster would for an estimate photo sheet.

  • Where: Photos (Inspection → Photos on Desk, Carrier and TPA). New photos are labeled as they're added; Relabel all redoes every label.
  • Needs: AI on, and JPEG or PNG photos (iPhone HEIC photos are converted when the browser can open them).
  • "This view can't send photos to Claimsfy AI": you opened Claimsfy inside another app's viewer. Open it in Chrome, Edge or Safari.
  • Wrong label? Edit it: your wording is kept. Add a short note to the photo first (area, elevation) and the next label uses it.
  • Many photos: label in groups of 50–100 if you see "Too many requests".
  • Damage circled too: when Claimsfy AI labels a damage photo, it also draws a dashed circle around the damage for you to check. See Marking damage on photos.
