The Photo Sheet layout for photo reports
Every photo report uses the Photo Sheet layout.
- Top of each page: Photo Sheet, with the insured, claim # and policy # beside it and a line under the header. If your report profile in ⚙ Settings has a logo, it shows at the top right.
- Photos: each photo sits in a large 4:3 box on the left, about three quarters of the page wide, two to a page. Portrait photos keep their shape inside the box.
- Beside each photo: its number and caption (for example 1-Front elevation), Date Taken, Taken By, the area when the caption doesn't already name it, and the photo's description.
- Bottom of each page: Photo Sheet, the page number and the date.
- Where it's used: the Photos tab photo sheet and photo report (PDF with 1, 2 or 3 photos per page, Word, web page) and the photo pages of the estimate reports (Photo report, Complete estimate, and the print window). With 1 photo per page the photo is full width with the caption under it; with 3, the photos are smaller.
- Contact sheets: the 4- and 6-per-page layouts stay as grids.
- Markup: arrows and circles print on the photos as before.
