Printing the estimate (TPA)
🖨 Print… on the Estimate tab, and 🖨 Print options… in Reports, print or download the estimate in the format you need:
- Formats: Complete estimate, Policyholder copy (line items with depreciation, summary for coverage and statement of loss), Contractor copy (no depreciation, with room measurements and sketch), Scope only (quantities, no prices), Carrier file copy (everything), Summary only, Line items only, Recaps (by room, by category, taxes and O&P), Depreciation detail, Photos & sketch, or Pick reports… for any of the estimate reports.
- Line items: group the lines by room, category or coverage, or not at all; pick the columns (unit price, tax, O&P, replacement cost, age/life, condition, depreciation %, depreciation, actual cash value) or a quick set (All columns, No depreciation, Totals only, Depreciation); line item explanations; category and item codes; numbered lines; items not covered.
- Pages: Letter, Legal or A4, portrait or landscape, and 1, 2 or 3 photos per page.
- Out: 🖨 Print, ⬇ PDF, ⬇ Excel (a sheet per report), ⬇ Word or ⬇ CSV. The preview shows the first pages as you change things, and your choices are remembered on that computer.
- The options apply to what you print from that window; the Reports preview and the regular downloads stay as they are. 🖨 Print in Reports prints the report on screen.
- Photo Sheet: every photo report uses the Photo Sheet layout: Photo Sheet with the insured, claim # and policy # across the top; each photo in a large 4:3 box on the left, two to a page; its number and caption, date taken, taken by and description on the right; Photo Sheet – page – date at the bottom. That covers the Photos tab photo sheet and photo report (PDF with 1, 2 or 3 per page, Word, web page) and the photo pages of the estimate reports. The 4- and 6-per-page layouts stay as contact sheets.
