Claimsfy Field

Photos take most of the space. A phone photo is 2–5 MB, so a claim with 60 photos is roughly 150–300 MB. Each workspace starts with 50 GB. Claimsfy Support grows the disk on its own before it fills (see "Off-site backups"), or grow it yourself in Render → the service → Disks, without downtime or losing data.

  • Everything is in DATA_DIR:
    • accounts.json: users
    • owners.json: who owns each claim
    • shared.json: claim index, messages and shared lists
    • blobs/: claim files and photos
    • audit.jsonl: activity history

The nightly off-site backup (below) copies that folder, and Render takes daily disk snapshots (kept 7 days).

  • To keep a claim permanently, open it and export it, or download its reports.
