Data, storage and backups

Storage is unlimited: there's no cap on claims, photos or documents, and Claimsfy grows your workspace's storage on its own before it fills.

Backups: every night your workspace is copied to separate, encrypted storage. Every night's copy is kept for 90 days, and the copy from the 1st of each month for 7 years. The hosting provider's own daily disk snapshots (7 days) add a second layer. Administrators see the last backup in 👤 → 🗄 Backups and can press Back up now.

Need something back from an earlier day, such as a deleted claim or photo? Open 👤 → 🛟 Get help, say what and which day, and the Claimsfy team restores it. Claims and reports can also be exported from the app at any time.
