The Estimates tab (Estimate)

Claimsfy Estimate

Claim details at the top: claim number, insured, loss location, date and cause of loss, carrier, policy number, estimator, the building, and Fill from an assignment or loss notice.

  • Your estimate: lines on the Claimsfy price list at your company's prices, with macros, depreciation and coverage per line. AI Draft from damaged photos proposes lines from the labeled photos and the sketch.
  • Estimates you receive, each on its own card with its total: field adjuster, independent adjuster, engineer, contractor, public adjuster, appraiser or umpire, mitigation company, attorney, insured or other expert.
    • ＋ Add an estimate: upload it (PDF, Excel, CSV, Word or text) or paste the lines. The original file is kept with it.
    • Ask for an estimate: 📨 Create send-in link gives you a link for that person or company. They upload their estimate without an account. The estimate shows on the Estimates tab as sent in, with a badge on the tab, and the 🔔 alerts everyone on the claim.
    • Open any of them to Compare with your estimate (Supplement Estimate Review), Review as mitigation (S500), Copy lines into your estimate, download a CSV or the original file, or delete it.
