Mitigation Estimate Reviewer (S500)

In Claimsfy Estimate, the Mitigation Estimate Review tab checks a water mitigation bill against the S500 water damage standard (in Desk it's Mitigation review (S500) on the Estimate tab).

• An estimate already on the claim? In Claimsfy Estimate, open it on the Estimates tab and choose Review as mitigation (S500), or pick it at the top of the Mitigation Estimate Review tab.
• Bring in the bill: upload it (PDF, Excel, CSV, Word or text) or use the lines on your estimate. If the built-in reader misses lines, use Ask Claimsfy AI (S500).
• Category and class are suggested from the cause of loss and the lines. Pick the right ones: category decides which wet materials can be dried, class decides the dehumidifier load.
• Air movers look wrong? They're worked out per room from the floor, wet wall height and wet ceiling in Affected rooms. Fill in the perimeter and wet wall height, or use Refill from the estimate and sketch.
• Equipment days come from the equipment set and removed dates, or the moisture log. Upload the drying log so justified days run until every material reaches its goal.
• Add allowed to estimate puts the recommended amounts on your estimate. ⬇ Report downloads the review to send.
