Claimsfy Desk

⋯ More in the header holds Settings, AI setup, Freeze header and Delete. The header keeps what you use all day: the claim picker, Save, New claim, Phone, Messages, 🔎 Prior claims, notifications and your name menu.

🔎 Prior claims in the header opens the prior-claims database sign-in page (claimsearch.iso.com) in a new tab, and Claimsfy stays open in its own tab. Sign in with your company's account. On the Notice of Loss tab, the Prior claims panel has the same 🔎 Search prior claims link. It also has ⧉ Copy search details, which copies the insured, address, policy and loss details to paste into the search. Upload the prior claims report there when you have it. Each time someone opens the prior-claims search, History records who opened it.
On each tab, downloads and less-used actions sit in a ⬇ Download, ⬇ Export or More menu. For example, the estimate entry sheet, photo package, Export CSV and Clear are under More.
On Notes, New note and Log call are one click. Initial contact, Follow-up, Voicemail / attempt and Closing note are in the Templates menu.
On the field queue, each assignment's Delete is under ⋯ on its card.
Alt+1 to Alt+9 (Option on a Mac) opens that numbered tab, and Alt+0 opens the queue. Ctrl+S (⌘S) saves.
With the header pinned, its Save button works for every tab, so the tabs don't repeat it. There's no interface picker: Desk has one interface.
