Claimsfy Desk

Everything is in DATA_DIR:

  • accounts.json: users, including portal users
  • owners.json: who owns each claim, and which claims are shared with which client
  • shared.json: claim index, messages, portal messages, authority requests
  • blobs/: claim files, photos and shared documents
  • audit.jsonl: history

The nightly off-site backup (below) copies that folder, and Render takes daily disk snapshots (kept 7 days).

Everything is logged in History, including assignments and reassignments, portal sign-ins, client messages, downloads, uploads and authority decisions.
