On Notice of Loss → Import notice of loss, paste the loss notice or assignment email, or Upload NOL file, then press AI Extract into fields. Claimsfy fills the claim number, insured, contact details, loss location, date and cause, and coverage limits it finds.

• No AI? Fill from the text fills the common fields without AI.
• Scanned notice? Read it with Claimsfy in Documents first.
• Check the fields afterwards: anything already filled is kept unless the notice clearly has the right value.
