• Sign-up link: turn it on or off, copy, text, email, QR code, printable poster, and new code.
• Totals: field adjusters, claims on the server, claims saved today, and people signed in today.
• Claims tab: every claim with its adjuster and when it was last saved and by whom. You can search, filter by adjuster, and download the list as a spreadsheet (CSV).
  • Open copies the claim to your device so you can review it. Changes you save go back to the adjuster.
  • Remove from this device removes only your copy.
  • To move a claim to another adjuster, change its adjuster and confirm. It arrives on the new adjuster's phone within about 10 seconds while their app is open and leaves the old adjuster's phone the next time it syncs. If the old adjuster has unsaved changes on it, those stay on their phone, with a notice that they can't be saved.
• Adjusters tab: email, phone, license, number of claims, last sign-in, and when they joined.
  • Deactivate signs someone out on every device. Their claims stay on the server, and you can move them to someone else.
  • 👥 Manage users resets passwords and changes access.

Your own device downloads only your claims and the ones you open, not every adjuster's photos.
