Getting help (Claimsfy Support) (Carrier)
Everyone on your team can open 👤 → 🛟 Get help for Claimsfy Support (support.claimsfy.com). It answers right away, day or night, and passes anything it can't solve to the Claimsfy team with the full case.
- It knows who's asking. Get help signs a one-time link (valid 10 minutes) with the person's name, role and your workspace, so they don't sign in again. If an AI feature failed in the last few minutes, the error is filled in for them.
- It can check your workspace once it's connected: the AI key and recent AI errors (with a one-token live test), email delivery, sign-ins and lockouts, storage and server errors. Checks never read claim files, passwords or two-step secrets.
- Fixes wait for an administrator. Support can ask to email a sign-in or password reset link, reset someone's two-step sign-in, clear sign-in lockouts, reactivate an account, or retry emails waiting to send. Administrators get an email, see a note at the bottom left of Claimsfy and 🛟 Support requests in the 👤 menu, and approve or decline each request. Nothing changes until an administrator approves; the result goes back to the person who asked. Requests expire after 7 days, and every request and decision is in History.
- Monitoring: a connected workspace is watched around the clock. If it stops answering, the AI key is missing or refused, emails fail or storage runs low, your administrator gets an email with what to do, and the Claimsfy team is told when it's serious. The ticket closes on its own when the problem is gone.
- Connect your workspace: the Claimsfy team gives your administrator two settings,
SUPPORT_WSandSUPPORT_KEY. Add them in Render → your service → Environment and save. Without them, Get help still works and answers come from the help center. - Turn it off: an administrator can stop Support checks and fixes at the bottom of 👤 → 🛟 Support requests.
