Claimsfy Carrier

Everything is in DATA_DIR:

  • accounts.json: users, including vendor portal users
  • owners.json: claim owners
  • shared.json: claim index, messages, storm events, claim standards and reserve approvals
  • intake-files/: attachments to reported claims
  • blobs/: claim files, photos and shared documents
  • audit.jsonl: history

The nightly off-site backup (below) copies that folder, and Render takes daily disk snapshots (kept 7 days). Every assignment, reassignment, report, sign-in, download, message and reserve decision is in History.
