Claimsfy QA: what it is

An edition of Claimsfy for QA review of the files field adjusters send in: the FNOL, the photos, the estimate and the narrative. Each part is checked automatically and with Claimsfy AI, the estimate against the carrier's guidelines. The reviewer decides each finding, and the corrections go back to the field adjuster on the same link they used to send the file.

It has its own server, accounts and claims, separate from any other Claimsfy edition. QA reviewers see only their own claims: the claims they own and the ones they're assigned to, enforced by the server. Supervisors and administrators see every claim and assign and reassign them.
